marketing and distribution of fatty alcohol. We are now seeking the
following professionals to become part of our expanding Organization.
ORACLE FUNCTIONAL (OF)
Driver of company business application strategies, align business application strategies to business requirements
Achieve global application synergies and as a provider or Oracle E-Business Suite applications services
Provide ongoing support, reporting enhancement, and will work with E-Business Suite of Oracle application
Qualification :
University Degree (S1} from recognized university, max 35 years old, min 2 years experience in the same position.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is absolutely required.
Have
Oracle E-Buslness Suite Applications 11i experience and implementation
experience with Oracle Process Manufacturing (0PM) Module, Order
Management (OM) Module, Inventory (INV) Module, or Purchase Order (P0).
Have knowledge/ experience with Oracle Finance and with customization of Oracle forms & reports would be a plus.
QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERINTENDENT (QAS)
Coordinate
the implementation of laboratory test plan effectively through
appropriate procedure for incoming raw materials, plant chemicals,
in-process materials and finished good products
Identify and detect any potential problem which may affect the product
and environmental quality and or operation efficiency and take
appropriate corrective action
Cooperate with other
closely related section/departments/division to assure that all of
product and enviromental quality requirements are met
Qualification :
University
degree in Chemistry from reputable university with minimum 5 years or
relevant working experience and maximum age of 35 years old. Candidate
with wide exposure In Oleochemicals Industry would be an advantage.
Good proficiency in technical, scientific or specialized quality assurance field and (written and oral).
TALENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (TDS)
To
roll-out company initiatives in Talent Management comprises of Manpower
planning, Assesssment, & Placement, Reward Management, Performance
Management, Training & Development and Career & Succession
Planning
Act as a business partner to other
departments through identifying development need analysis for
individual development and all matters related to achievement of
company Objectives
Work across functional business units to support the implementation of day-to-day integrated Human Resources best practices
Promote inter-departmental communications and foster appropriate teamwork in the company
Make
sure that Information provided by the Human Resources Information
System are the most update and aligned with other related HR systems
Qualification :
University
degree in Psychology, Engineering or Social sciences from reputable
university with minimum 3 years of human resources working experience
and maximum age of 30 years old.
Experience In Talent
menagernent, Performance Management, Career Management, Succession
Planning, job Analysis and proficient In written and spoken English.
Good understanding of competency and job & organization design.
Experience
in implementing classroom training, on the job training, or in other
modern training methods/techniques and good understanding of Indonesia
Labor Law is preferred.
